Advisory:
- Pizza lunch Friday
- Mini X Friday - Remember to bring the right supplies for your mini X
- Our whole school is raising money for Africa. If your family can bring in any donations it would be greatly appreciated. All monies go directly to our African school.  Our class goal is $200. We are currently at $65.
- On May 29th we will be going to the Observatory for our Extreme Environment unit in science.  We will be leaving school around 9am and return around 11:30. Parent drivers - please have the driver form filled out, your insurance and BCDB photocopied before Tuesday, May 29th. We can photocopy your paper work at school but it needs to be done prior to Tuesday.  Thank you very much for driving - we wouldn't be able to do this trip without parent suppport.

Language Arts:
- Iqbal Read and Reflect essay is due Monday, May 28th. 
-  2 Rough Draft Limericks - Due June 1st

 Math
 -  Chapter 9 Test on Measurement on June 1st  
  - review sheets on multiplying and dividing decimals by 10,100 and 100. Plus the adding decimal worksheet.  Due Thursday.
  - Quiz on Monday.  Topics include:  multiplying and diving by 10, 100, and1000; Rounding to the nearest whole number, tenth, hundredth and thousandth; adding and subtracting decimals; changing a decimal to a fraction; changing a fraction to a decimal 
-  Page 348 -Questions 2, 6, 10, 12 and 13 - Due June 1st

Science:


Social Studies: 
- Write a web circle for each Pink Heading on p. 54,55 and 56 due Thursday
- Fold Japan project due May 29. You will be given class time but you should also be working on this project at home.
